Hello,

I take again the following ticket which was closed a little fast : https://stackideas.com/forums/default-blog-title-and-default-blog-description-in-view-blogger

I get the impression that when we choose to disable the "Use author's title automatically" (img backend) setting, user titles and descriptions no longer come (frontend).

Is not this a mistake ?

Best regards.
Hi there,

Not sure why you want to disable this setting, because if you disable this setting blog title and description will be using the in the global setting instead of the user's blog title and description. I've enable the setting back so that if user have set their blog title and description it will display them instead of global blog title and description.

Ok, I think I understood.

It's actually impossible to have the default title and description in the only case where users have not yet customize their title and description.

New users, who log in for the first time, will therefore have empty white space in their blog, until they change the title and description.

This is problematic because it is not intuitive. New users see white space and do not know they can change their title and description.

Thank you for your assistance, we will try to find a tip.

Best regards.
