Default Avatar - Weird avatar populating (color + initiatls

Hello,

I've set my default avatar to be the attached image. (attached)

However, some users have a weird avatar that is a color with their initials. (attached)

Why is this? I'd rather there only be one default avatar for all users.

You need to disable this option: http://take.ms/DdWIR . I have helped you disable it. Now the default avatar displayed correctly: http://take.ms/0HCCM .
