Default Apps installation with registration

Default Apps installation with registration:

I want to provide some default apps like easyblog, photos, etc with profile registration. Please suggest me a way.
Also with in apps download list I cant see discuss and easyblog? Or does 'Articles' show easyblog entry?

Thanks for your response.
I have downloaded the app and tried to install through extension manger. I got this below error;
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Let me know where I am going wrong.

Hello,

You cannot install it using Extension Manager. You need to install it using this: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-02_1330.png in Easysocial>Applications>Install
