If you do not want non-logged in users to access/view content on EasySocial, you can try enabling lockdown mode(http://take.ms/fYXOI)
Settings>General>General>Enable Lockdown

Instead of that I want my own text.

Can you elaborate more on this? Perhaps a screenshot and example would be great.
