Maybe you can replace this "d F Y" on "Date Format" that stand for d=date, F=month, Y=year. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Regarding your question above, you can go this path Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Settings>Layout>General as shown http://screencast.com/t/T0XsnAJq and put "d-F-Y" on "Date Format".

If you need help, maybe you can provide us with your security access credentials and backend access in order for us to proceed. Please advice.
