Please could you guide me how to change date format Octubre 12, 2017 instead of this 2017-11-20 08:12:14

I'm using item.php file.

You can try changing the following line to the one in the screenshot in the item.php file: http://take.ms/vY5ah

Then create the following translation override in Joomla's language override section. http://take.ms/ems1r
DATE_FORMAT_LC3="F d, Y"
