Ah, I see. The issue is because in Russian language file (../public_html/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.ini) is using different format. As you can see here: http://screencast.com/t/CrpSarnvxh , the format is d.m.Y whereas in English file is using Y-m-d . I've changed it to fllow the English language file and the error in Google developer tool is gone: http://screencast.com/t/TeRkrFGurPrF . Hope this helps.
