Dashboard won't let me add my Domain

When I am logged into the dashboard I can not add my domain. I click "Add New Domain" but after I put the domain in it still says:

Active Domains [ Add New Domain ]

You are allowed to add up to 1 domain. To change an existing domain, simply remove it and add a new one.
No domains are assigned to this license yet. Add Now

I also have purchased EasyBlog which I was able to add a domain to.

The domain I am trying to add is: irteasy.testshock.com.au
I have also now been told:

Sorry, but you have exceeded the number of domain changes you can make for your subscription.

This is the first domain I am trying to add...
