Can i have your cloudflare access as we suspected that this issues came cloudflare have cached this or maybe you can try to purge your Cloudflare cache first and see how it goes

Profile - I have a second page of custom fields that should show under Basic Information and it is not. Only the location field is showing, nothing else.

Thank you. I had already cleared the Cloudflare cache, and it is now paused to alleviate that concern. I have also run this script: https://github.com/robwent/joomla-json-db-check

It did find an error in the Add Agency tables. Since I no longer use that I uninstalled it and deleted the tables, now the scrupt runs clean but I am still getting the error,

The error is happening on Dashboard and People. I can't get any info on what it is that is causing this.

I've found out this issue coming on one of your Joomla user which stored invalid JSON string value into your database which causing the issue.
