Hi Guys,

Please refer to the screen attach.

There are 4 modules seen in the sidebar of dashboard:
a) Online user
b) Recent users
c) Recent albums
d) Leaderboard

Having these 4 options is great actually and I don't want to turn their feature off... however... How can I (without hack) turn these modules to off ? Looked in theme and profile.

Thanks
Hi,

Indeed we try to add as we go along but at the same time we are trying to cut down the amount of "switches" that we add because to be frank, it is getting bloated with switches here and there and as such, "layout tweaks" should be localised to template override for now.

Hello Alexandre,

Sorry but I am really lost reading at your statement above. You don't want to turn the features off but you want (without hack) to turn these modules off? What do you actually mean?

Hi Mark,

Sorry, it might have been late : )

Let say i turn the points off, the badge or the points in the back-end, all module and information will be gone since they have been turned to off.
If i want to keep those options but not necessary see them, we would need something to enable/disable them (the module in dashboard and not the whole options).

Could still hack the code but I'm getting a lot of custom codes and the ability for someone to turn "Online user" and "Recent user" (so as Recent album and Leaderboard) not visible on dashboard is something that would apply to everyone.

NOTE: I saw in the theme option, in profile, the ability to turn off cover. This ability doesn't exist for Group btw. However, instead of the cover , in group, I would turn off the group avatar and leave only the cover. I know you tend to add these as the updates goes, over when it does exist for one it shall be the same for the other one

Thanks Mark

I agree Jason Anyway do what you can to keep up. Template override is getting complicated with multiple files and multiple version.

Thanks
