Dashboard login box

Hello I have been having a problem with the dashboard login . When I logged in with 1 of my test users the page that pops up is the joomla user page. You have to press the dashboard link again for the dashboard to appear. Also when I click on the dashboard link the login box is from the joomla instead of easysocail. I checked my setting and I have easysocail set for Registration Integration.

I just created a test user on your site and log in by using this test user.

It seems working fine for me here as shown in the video. Am I missing anything?

May I know what do you mean dashboard link?

It would be the best that you can provide us with some screenshots or a recorded video so that we can have a better understanding of it?

I am sorry let me explain login go to the main menu and you will see membership. Under membership, it says dashboard ( this is the dashboard to payplans) click on it and you will the joomla info instead ot the payplans dashboard.

It seems that If I tried it as a guest and a user, I can't replicate it as what you mentioned as shown in the video. Am I missing anything?

Perhaps it would be the best that you can provide us with a recorded video on how did you replicate it so that we can have a better understanding of it.

When I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:


Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Error:	Failed to retrieve directory listing

I had to update my login info for another ticket can, I send you the login info another way if it is something that I cannot solve

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

I've help you enable this setting "Enable com_users Redirection" from System - EasySocial plugin, it should redirect to the Easysocial login and profile page.

Can you give it a check and see how it goes.
