Dashboard for Moderators

Hello Stackideas

We'd like to configure the dashboard for community moderators. However, in the demo website http://easydiscuss.stackideas.com/dashboard/index, the link to the dashboard indicates an error message "Sorry, but you are not allowed here."

Where can we find an example of a moderator dashboard or a case study or tutorial on this topic?

Hey there,

Thanks for your report, we have fixed this already so you should able to try the moderation post in the EasyDiscuss dashboard demo page.

What EasyDiscuss's Dashboard Layout does is when you enabled 'Moderate New Posts' in Composer's setting, the posts and replies made by users will be under moderation and it will appear at Dashboard Layout to let the moderator manages it for the approval.

Also, to allow the moderator has the right to do it, you need to enable 'Manage Pending Posts' in the User Group's ACL.

In order to create it out, you need to choose 'Dashboard Layout' from Menu Item Type in EasyDiscuss.
