Dashboard and much of backend not working after upgrade to 1.3.12

I just upgraded to 1.3.12, and many things are amiss. The dashboard will not load, and most buttons and tabs in the backend do nothing. For example, in Profile Types, i can not get to the fields tab at all. The URL changes, but the page does not.

I've cleared every cache I can think of. What's wrong here?

Well, it appears to have resolved itself. No idea how that happens, one of the mysteries of Joomla.
