I´am so sorry about these stupid question. I´am not able anymore to set the dashboard, so that i can see it above my blog description.

Were can i switch it on, that archive, categories etc. are visible again ?

You can go to Backend>Settings>Layout>Dashboard and turn on this option: http://screencast.com/t/l702q9db3 . If its already turned on, can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

Do you can provide a Superuser to us so we can help you check on this issues? Because when i click that menu, it not allow us to view it ( http://screencast.com/t/NKZyUlLjM3aI ). Please advise.

It okay. I have checked your side, it seems like your public user group ACL doesn't enabled your toolbar, when you enabled it, it will show it when access by guest >> http://screencast.com/t/dW0lzRi0T Hope this help.
