Have you pasted your logo at this path /templates/JOOMLA_TEMPLATE_NAME/html/com_easysocial/emails/logo.png and the name of the logo is renamed to logo.png? We cannot access your FTP with given credentials. Please advice.

Yes, I have done the same process as you told. The dimension of the logo is 317 X 95. The FTP is working fine. Can you give a try to connect with the ftp again?

I think this is because you are using .JPEG extension for your logo. I have converted it into .PNG extension. and it works fines now as shown http://prntscr.com/ca5rp3. Please give it a try and see how it goes.
