does this override the joomla registration?
i mean if used this should i disable joomla registration? remove joomla registrations? what about hikashop/ hikamarket registration?

my problem now is that registration made using ES wont allow vendor creation in hikamarket

also registration done using hikashop/market doesn't earn points

Hm, you need to check with Hikamarket / hikashop what are the requirements of allowing a user to create vendors. When a user registers on EasySocial, it is already added into Joomla automatically.
