I'm looking at the EasySocial Menu with all of the options to show or hide things such as Avatar, Name, Points, Notifications, etc..... but I would like to be able to edit the titles of those items to be specific to my brand, and also to maybe add a couple items to that list. If you are referring to the test label in EasySocial menu module ( please see http://screencast.com/t/j2akjbHt ), then you can change the text label from this module the language file. You can edit the text label from this file

JOOMLA/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_easysocial_menu.ini

Regarding the above, try to add the below css code into your Joomla template the css file:

div#es-wrap,

#es-wrap { font-family: Arial !important; }

Just change the font type to the font you want

Do you mean the drop down that appears when you click over your name? You can do so by modifying this file /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.profile.php

Perhaps if you know the link to the extension, I could help you modify the html codes.
