I would like to Customize from English to Italian language descriptions in the user form: How can I do it. Thank you
Hi there,

May i know wheter you have downloaded Italian language for your site? If yes, maybe you can download it first and set your current site language to Italian. It should works as it should. And maybe you have done it, it would be best if you can point us, which area exactly, you wanted to changed to Italian language, as i suspected that, some of the language still not translated to Italian yet.

Please advise.

hi, Yes I have installed the Italian language of my site. I would like to translate, for example, "Leave your Comments" or "Name (Required)", "There are no comments posted here yet" etc. almost everything that appears in the user form.
Thank you

Hi there,

You can check those language string at this path .../language/it-IT/it-it.com_komento.ini and change it translations in there or maybe you can do language override on each string as follows https://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/how-tos/how-to-create-language-string-override

For example, as listed below

COM_KOMENTO_FORM_LEAVE_YOUR_COMMENTS="Leave your comments"
COM_KOMENTO_NO_COMMENTS_POSTED_YET="There are no comments posted here yet"

Please give it a try and see how it goes

in komento - languages when I check language pack , there is a message "Invalid API Key provided. Please contact our support if you need further assistance."

It seems like your Komento installer not injected the API key so hitting this warning message when you access Komento language page.

Can you try download latest launcher or full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page and proceed the installation, it should fix this issue.

After you can access language page from backend, you have to select Italian language and click install.

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Hi there,

Maybe you can try to install by downloading launcher on your dashboard and see how it goes. If problems still persist, it would be best if you can provide us with your backend access in order for us to install them for you.

Please advice

hey Domenico,

If you install Komento in other domain site which not associated with your license domain, you have to download full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page and proceed the installation again.

Hi Arlex, I have only one domain and I have registered, on my account, it. I do not understand why it does not recognize (both in local and online) my license purchased.
