Can you please direct me to a tutorial that walk me through how to customising one the themes in EasyBlog?

I need to customised like the attached design.

Ideally, you should follow the guide here, http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/customizations/template-overriding . The guide that Nik posted was for older versions of EasyBlog 2.0.
