HI,

We are having the issue of the custom workflows not saving.

We have tried updating but it says an error connecting with the Joomla API.

Could you send the changes needed to address this one issue so we can get that fixed.

It seems that when I was trying to access your http://www.medalmad.com/adminstrator, it will keep redirecting me to https://www.medalmad.com/.

When I was trying to access your site, it gave me the following error:


Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.


When I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:


Command: PASS ***********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Sorry for the slow reply. I have updated our admin for the backend in the original post.

Please note we do not at this time wish a full update, just the save of workflow issue resolved.

Also, I am still getting the same error for your site and FTP as I mentioned earlier.

If I can't access your backend and don't have the correct access for your site and FTP, it is very difficult for us to check and solve it for you.

Hi,

I am a bit confused as I have updated these details in the original post. if I open it up again I am getting all the correct details. It no longer has this link http://www.medalmad.com/adminstrator which you keep going to. It shows the correct link to me. Is this system not working correctly?

I have also just added access to the files as well.

Hi there,

Currently, I have no idea why I can't access your site successfully on my PC but my colleague was able to access it.

After checking, it is a known issue for EasySocial 3.0.2. We had helped you to update your EasySocial to the latest version already and it should be working fine now.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

I asked you not to update the component, why has that been done? This causes other issues. I just asked for the workflow fix? We will now have to resolve these potential issues.

Hey Michael,

Actually that was me update your site to latest version of Easysocial, I am really sorry that I didn't read through your entire reply then perform an update on your site.

May i know do you have do the backup before? If got, I think it would be best if you can roll back to your previous backup so your previous customisation work still remain.

Can I know what is these potential issues? Perhaps I can help with this?

Hi,

Okay, its okay we will sort out the issues. It is fixes and changes we know, its just not great doing them in the middle of the day.

The workflow is now saving so thats good.
