Can you please help me get this banner back on all pages,

I had something in the custom code which I no longer know where it is.

The Blackmagic Design Banner Needs to be on the main Site up top in the middle.

It would be great to have a fix that did not break on every jtemplate upgrade

Other wise 2.5 too 3.x migration worked :-)
