Here I attached to you EasySocial language file. Please put it here: \language\en-GB\en-GB.com_easysocial.ini
If this issue is still persist, perhaps you can provide us backend access and ftp access so that we can assist you on this issue much quicker.

I am sorry for the late reply.
May I know, is your issues have resolved? I believe we just release a new version of EasySocial Version 1.2.17. This language strings are included in the language file of the new release version.

Hi Mohd,

I'm waiting for Sam and others to answer some question as to be able to follow the custom change to my site since it will be crushed by the update.
I manually added the file provided but it didnt work.... shouldn't it be in the admin language !?!

UPDATE:
(1) My try to update the backend failled totaly
(2) I clearly see the token in your .ini that you provided. I'm sure I could just copy paste them in the backend language version. Has this been done in 1.2.17 or it is done only in the fron-end language .ini ?

I believe the missing language strings is added in the frontend language file. Please download the above attachment and put it in: yoursite\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_easysocial.ini . If you encounter problem, can you please provide us backend access and ftp access so that we can apply the fix to your site.

Hi Mohd,

I did tried it in front-end and it didn't work. The missing token (my initial screenshot) is in the back-end area, not in front-end.
I just checked and the tokens do appear in front-end. Thus, I confirm, there you need to be added to back-end
Therefore my comment.

This fix is will be included int the next release, but it is advisable to for you to backup your site before update your site since you have done customization.
