1..is there any way to add a youtube link option in the custom fields / profiletype....I know i can embed using html option but is there any options to support youtube/vimeo links

Currently that was not support yet. But you can use `URL` custom fields so that you can allow your site user to insert their youtube/vimeo link during the registration/edit profile section. (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/RrGuh3aBFF )

Yes, that was not support yet.

3. how to disable the (log into your account) and (register for an account) options at the top of the community page

You can disable it from backend > Easysocial > themes > select your current theme > dashboard > disable login screen for guest (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/5cumb4EML )
