Any files that users uploaded in the 'file' custom field should be visible in this directory:
JoomlaFolder\media\com_easysocial\files\fields

As for uploaded files not showing in the profile, can you provide us your ftp access as well so we can troubleshoot this issue? Thanks.

I've checked the location JoomlaFolder\media\com_easysocial\files, there is only a text file, and is not the file that i've tried to upload. The problem is only on frontend. When I edit the user profile from backend , as admin, the file uploaded succesfully. How do you want me to give you the ftp credentials? Is this post private?

Can I have the permission to temporary switch your template to use Joomla default Protostar template in your test site? Because I suspect something conflict with the upload script.

Also Can I have the permission help you update to latest version of Easysocial?

You can temporary switch the template but please do not update easysocial because I have some custom fields with special validation and I don't want to loose that. The custom fields are CNP (social security number), couty and city (dynamic select field) and autojoin group on register based on city field.

Hm, something strange on your site, I was unable to figure out where trigger this element class `datepicker-wrap` to append the `readonly="readonly"` from the Birthday custom field HTML then break the Javascript so the upload field unable to work correctly, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

By the way, I already help you applied some fix in this file ->

Now it's working to upload a file but the custom work for CNP is not working. The CNP field is related with birthday field . The first 6 digits from CNP is the birth date . So when a user complete the CNP field the birthday field should autocomplete with value from the first digits of CNP. And if the user try to modify the birthday, the system should not let him ( probably here is the problem with readonly ). I will talk with the developer who did this work to see how it can be fixed without breaking Javascript.
