Since the latest update, I've noticed that changes are lost when working with Custom Fields in the Profile Types.

As an example, I set the name field 's name format to use "Single Name" and save. Then, when I disable the "Show Reconfirm" in the password and save, the previous "Single Name" setting for the name field reverts back to the original "First, Middle, Last".

It seems like this is the case when changing other fields settings as well ... only the most current one saving while the previous one not saving.
