custom field in one of 2 different profile

Hello
I have 2 types of profile: private and business.
I have entered a custom "time" field for the "company" profile.
It happens that front-end when a "private" profile appears is displayed (empty because it is not present) even if it does not have to be there.

May i know whether you have made any changes or template override on your files as it wont shown any of them as it will only follow what you have set here http://take.ms/sghfc. Please advice.
