Custom field: How to hide HEADER if user didn't chose any value?

Hello.
I have HEADER and 3 fields below (DROPDOWN).

At the moment profile just display HEADER because user didn't filled any of this 3 fields.

If user didn't chosed any of this 3 fields, I want to hide HEADER.
How can I do it?
Create 3 conditional for HEADER? How to make it?

Yes, you need to choose OR for Criteria Logic, and for the rule to make the field appear, you need to add all possible value that exist in the dropdown. As example: https://take.ms/wNe3D
