A - in info of this field is wriiten "Determine if the address is required when using the maps for the address field" - this means that the address is required if I want to display some location on map? or?

This options is used if you wanted to set your address 'required' for your user if you use 'Use Maps' under basics tabs.

B, C - what means "Address 1" and "Address 2" - why two addresses?

This options is used when you disabled 'Use Maps' under basics tabs. It will prompt your user to type them manually rather then using 'Detect locations' as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/iW0ofuYzxex2. Please advice.

Yesterday I wish something to set but I cant..
I wish to set that for our Users custom field "Address" is required (with using maps) but that at least City is enough - so that is known country, city... - and full address (Address 1 and/or 2) is not required
So I must to set? :
- under basic tab "Use maps" is enabled
- under requirements tab "Require address for maps" is enabled
- under requirements tab "Requires address 1" is disabled
- under requirements tab "Requires address 2" is disabled

Is tihis correct? If not.. how must be selected that I get what I wish?

Actually, if you enabled 'Use maps' those address field will be ignored, as you are using maps feature, that is using google Maps options. It will fetch your address based on current locations and it is harcoded to shown full length locations. Thanks foe your understanding

- if I have enabled "Use maps" than I can not select "at least city is required" and Users can set what thay want - for example just country
- if I have disabled "Use maps" that I can choose what is required (for example at least city) because User get fields which thay must write manually
