Hello. My site URL was changed and I want to inform about it users.
Does EasySocial has such feature?

Or you can suggest to use default Joomla feature (if it is already have) or 3-party extension?

The broadcast app on EasySocial allows you to notify all users, but if they turn off broadcast alert in their alert settings, then they will not get the email.

Another way to mass mail users is by using Joomla's built-in mass mail feature(../administrator/index.php?option=com_users&view=mail).
