Custom details not visible if the subscription not active

Hi,
in my website, i have two type of subscriptions, called Buyer and Seller.
For activate this subscriptions, the admin needs some user custom details, before activate your subsciption.
Unfortunately, seems these data are not visibile if the subscription is not active.
There is a solution to allow these data visibile before?

Sorry but i didn't get you quiet here.
please explain with example where these details now shown, so i'll assist you further.

My request, is these data (custom details) are visible before the subscription is activated....

Hey alberto,

I've checked the video and found that you are using User >> custom details these will shows to user page only.
If you want to ask details as per subscription then you need to user Order >> custom details, these details will shown along with subscription.

Hi,

Yes, but I would want this data are editable form user.
These data are necessary for Admin to approve or not the user subscription...
There is another solution?

Hey Alberto,

You need to use Oder >> custom details which will show along with subscription as well as admin can able to edit them also.
