You would have to manually create template override for the background image in the esmobile template.

By the way, it looks like you do not have a EasySocial Mobile Template license. May I know how did you obtain the plugin installer? If you have purchase this plugin, do let us know so we can associate the license with your account. Do note that if you need further support on this plugin you are required to have a license associated with the plugin.

Understood. We have also log this matter into our tracker so that the custom background image can be applied more intelligently. With that, site owners do not have to manually override the same image into the mobile template.
