Do you mean like some membership appear at the first page, when they select which membership they want to register so only appear those registration form?

No,
I mean an option that would allow to join a CV during the registration.
The as the webmaster I will approve or reject the request of joining the community based on the CV.

Is that more clear?

Correct me if i am wrong.

From wah ti have understand here, you wanted to include 'Custom Field' for user to insert their curriculums/CV during their registration on your site. If yes, you can achieved that by going to Backend>Components>EasySocial>Profile Types>Current profile type>Custom field and new 'Custom Field' for that particular profile types.

For example, and i would advice you to insert 'Textbox' custom field as shown https://screencast.com/t/f2c2KtAos and set their title as curriculum/cv then set them as "required" as shown https://screencast.com/t/43y714oWPzDy.

Please give it a try and see how it goes
