It seems like our template overridden documentation is not updated yet.

By the way, you can try this following path :

// if you would like to override style.css file

JoomlaFolder\components\com_easyblog\themes\yourtheme\styles\style.css



// Override in your current template path

JoomlaFolder/template/mytemplate/html/com_eaysblog/styles/style.css
