Hi Athanasios,
Dear support i want to know how often must a cronjob run in easy discuss in the manual you say how to setup.
Based on what I observed on various sites, the average duration is about 5 mins. But you may set less or more based on your needs.

You do not need to follow our example for the cronjob period. Remember cronjob processes queued emails in the extension so the longer you set it, the longer users may have to wait to receive their notification emails from the moment they are generated.
The prune by page load how exactly works ? and what would be optimal for the user experience?
Prune by page load basically means when a user loads an EasyDiscuss webpage in the frontend, the system will purge notification items that have exceeded the storage days limit.

The prune notification feature is mostly for site owners who do not want to store lots of notification data in the database which takes up server space. So you may set it according to your needs.
And at last is there a guide for easysocial cronjon settings on plesk thanks.
We do not have a EasySocial cronjob guide for Plesk but the setup should be fairly similar to EasyDiscuss.
