My cronjobs are being processed succesfully but still the queue is not processed
Hello rodster,

Did you mean that the emails are still marked as pending in the email activities area? Can you please provide us with the following access please:

1. Cpanel access or any access which you used to create the cron job
2. Back end access to your Joomla site
3. FTP access

Hi,

You can put these credentials in the Site Details tab provided. Only Stackideas team can view these information. By the way, you can also contact us using crm.stackideas.com . This is our secure site and you do not need to worry about security.

Hello Rodster,

We did not receive any access information for your cpanel or any panels that you are using to setup your cronjob. Can you please advise?

Hello Rodster,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here due to the New Years Holiday. The access which you have provided is the administration and FTP access. How did you setup your cronjob? If you have set it up via cpanel, can you provide us with the cpanel access?
