I can't access the cpanel of your site. Also, does your hosting provider support wget?

My provider said me:
"i don t understand why "easydiscuss team" is talking about cron...how cron is involved in email parser".

the id and psw about cpanel are correct.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I can't even access http://professionet.it/cpanel . The page would not load

Anyway please reply to your hosting provider:

1. If a site has 500 subscribers, sending emails on page load is suicide. The page will take too long to load. I am sure you know how sending emails from script works.

2. We have to resort to cronjob to process these emails by invoking a specific URL of the web page so that these process does not affect user's accessing your website.

It i s strange. Because if i click on the link, i am directing on the page.

The provider tell me that is a problem of the extension.

Is really important, and i am loosing the user for that.

Based on your screen shot of the cronjob, it does seem to be correctly configured. Can you please check the following?

1. Check with your hosting provider if /usr/bin/wget is the correct path.

2. Check the e-mail activities at the back end of EasyDiscuss and see if all of the items are already marked as sent? If they are already marked as sent, EasyDiscuss has already dispatched the emails.

3. There are times when your mail server get's flagged as spam. Check your spam box and ensure that these e-mails aren't flagged as spam?

2. in the mail activities there are not mail sent !!!
3. in my email box are not mail from cron....
