I have 4 Cron Job running (1 for EasyBlog, EasyDiscuss, EasySocial and Komento) with ' On Page Load' set to NO and support email included to keep me updated on activity.

I just wanted to check the ideal frequency for the cron jobs to make sure members information is not delayed (for example on sign up, activation confirmation etc).

What information is controlled by the cron jobs for email notification?

Sign up / activation e-mails does not rely on cronjob. It sends immediately without utilizing the cronjob. It doesn't make sense to delay user's email if they register on the site

However, the ideal frequency is to set it to 5 - 10 minutes depending on how busy the site is. The busier it get's the shorter the interval should be

Thank you Mark, SiteGround has a minimum of 30 minutes allowed so i will set them at that level.
