Hi,

I've looked through most of the forum and tried many of the suggestions, but I can't get my cron jobs to work. When users 'invite friends' via email, the email sits in the backend and never gets delivered. My host is hostgator. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Hi Rukaiya,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It should work fine now.

The reason why your cronjob is not work properly is because you set cronjob secure code from Easysocial setting, so what you need to do is, set this cron command in your Cpanel cronjob configuration page.

/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://yourdomainname.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=true&phrase=xxxx"

Hope this help.

Hello Rukaiya,

The provided Cpanel access is not working for me. Check my screenshot below.
