My CronJob is no longer working and emails are sitting in a state of 0 in the queue. Running the cron manually comes back successful but emails are not sent.

I am unable to provide FTP, but can do a join.me screen share if need. I can also provide an admin account.

thank you
Hey Larry,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. What is the current cron job command running on your cpanel? Is it possible for you to provide us with the access to cpanel to review your cronjob created?

I have this done through task scheduler on my windows server. I am UNABLE to provide access unless we do a screen share. The cron is working, but it takes 2-3 days for emails to be sent.

Thanks

Hey Larry,

What is the interval of your scheduled task on your windows server? If they are being sent then it means the scheduled task is kicking in but probably the interval for the scheduled task is too slow?

Hey Larry,

I have really no idea how to help you check on this if I don't have access to check on your scheduled task. If you need to do a screen share, the best way would be to do it via Team viewer. You can contact me on Skype, marklee_777 Cheers!
