Hi there,

May i know which part of them are you looking for help? Those command for your cron should be as listed below.

http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron

And have you consulted with your web hosting service provider as quoted below.

You will need to get the correct wget path and replace the domain name above with your site's domain. Every hosting has a different /bin/wget. Please consult with your hosting provider for further explanation

It would be best if you can provide us with your backend, FTP and your cpanel access for us further check on this issues.

Please advice.

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.
