Hi,

I have a bit of a complicated issue that just started today.

I use easycron to process all of my stackideas crons and today they are failing over and over again and then recovering periodically.

My easycron plan is really high and my php memory limit has been increased. I really don't know what to do
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Did EasyCron show any error from their log output?

Perhaps you can provide us with your EasyCron user access so we can better have a look.

Hi there,

They said everything is fine on their end and asked me to check my error logs but I'm not too familiar with this. It has failed about 600 times now in less than 48h

If they are detecting errors on their end, wouldn't they have a log of what those errors are?

These are the errors on their end for all the crons that I use there

Get http://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron: dial tcp <nil>->45.79.184.217:80: getsockopt: connection timed out

This issue just started happening this weekend and I have no idea what is wrong because my site is up and not crashing

hey there,

Currently I am not really sure where went wrong yet, because based on what i checked on your backend Easyblog Mail Activities page, it seems like you do not have much pending email during last weekend, it shouldn't getting this "connection timed out" from the EasyCron server when execute this Easyblog cron URL

By the way, may i know is it still hitting this error from your EasyCron log file?

Perhaps you can try extend your cron timeout limit and see how it goes?
