Hello,

The Cron is not working on my site for the Komento notifications. It worked a long time ago, but not any more. When I run it manually in a browser I get an error:
0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array

You can run it manually, and you can see the error. If you need to access my site, the login details are provided in the site details section, and I added private notes below.

Thank you.

Hi there,

It seems that those details are missing as you can see here https://take.ms/srYB5. Can you provide us again so that we can further check this issues?

Can you consult with them regarding this and see how it goes.

Hello Abdul,

I updated that particular plugin (menu plugin to make menu sticky), and it's not sending any errors any more (like your screenshot). But it's still not working. I also tried a different plugin, and no plugin, and the same thing, it didn't work and I get the same error.

Do you have any ideas? I'm not an expert coder, so I can't tell if there's some other sort of errors.

Hi Abdul,

It is working now. Both doing it manually in the browser, and by the formal Cron in Cpanel. If you didn't make any changes, then I guess it was me updating the plugin.

Thanks for your input and help.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The reason why sometime hit that error but sometime didn't hit that error is because your current mail activities do not have any pending email so it will not show the error when execute the cron URL on the page manually.

After I checked further, it seems like those error caused it from your template override file JoomlaFolder/templates/g5_helium/html/com_komento/emails/comment.reply.php, because when you execute the Cron URL on the page, it will trying to retrieve the HTML content from the email template file, for now I already renamed this file, can you check again is it work fine now?

If you would like to customize something on your Komento email template, you have to take a look the current Komento original email html structure then only modify to your own customization code.

Because all of your current email template override file seems outdated already.

Hi Arlex,

Thanks. Everything is working fine now. A long time ago I customized some things. I'll have to review my customizations and make those customizations on the updated files. For now, everything is ok, and working. Now that these things are stable, I'll let it all be for now. Later on I can revisit those files, and get them updated.

Thank you for all your help.
