Please go to https://www.fishbuoy.com/ and select BUY, try to register a new account. You will get a critical error.

An error has occured

This is a critical error and hope you can fix this by tomorrow my time.

PS - we had to reinstall the core joomla files and not sure if this has anything to do with it

Hey Martin,

I've tried to replicate this ajax error but i didn't hit this issue.
After filling registration details when i click on register button it's redirect to another page with can't open file.
Can you please cross check the file permissions.

Also i found that you are using Basic tax and Eu Vat both app's , you can use one of them.

Hi Manisha, not sure what you tried but as soon as I entered a new user name it gave the attached error each and every time. See attach d once again.

This is when registering a new user.

Please provide some help.
