It seems that this is known issues on our older version that is version 1.4.12. This issues has been fixed on our latest version. I would advice you to update to latest version or maybe you can provide us with your FTP to applied some fix on your site.

I updated the ftp account in order to provide the fix.

The update of version 2 will be done when I have no issue and check that all is working fine.

It seems that your given FTP is not valid as i have rename whole EasySocial, but your site still running. Maybe you can try to replace attached file to this path .../components/com_easysocial/controllers/groups.php and see how it goes or update your valid FTP. Please advice.

yes password ftp are different cause I changed the server and I cannot manage to update the new data, instaead keep the previous ftp data.

Anyway I used your file and uploaded to the directory indicated but still if I try to change for example the name of the group still give me error .. see attach.
