im trying to develop a new application to integrate with ES. The kind of app i need is specific of my business.
I want to be able to select the new app in the side menu of the dashboard and then fill a form with some values which are going to be saved in the database and then show a Graph with the results. (this is gonna be used only in the dashboard)
Im using the sample app (textbook) that you have on the developer documentation, but im a little lost.
1) First of all. Is it possible to do something like this or the apps on the ES are meant to others things?
2) if its possible. Can u explain to me where should i put the forms? is it in the Themes folders or in the Views folder?
3) After i build the app how do i use it in the ES? Should i upload the folder to the media/com_easysocial/apps/user/ and then in the backoffice under Applications use the Discover button to install it?
