Rather than posting some music to Albums, I have created a Group called Music, and will upload the MP3's into folders by going to More -> Files , and also storing the sheet music PDF with the mp3's.

I need to change the name of one of the folders in the Files section, but see no way to do it unless I massage the database or simply delete it and recreate it.

I may be missing an option to do this in the Backend, so figured it was easier to ask....
