Hey Team -

I wanted to know how to assign a badge at a user's 1 year anniversary. Could someone code an example JSON & PHP file using the user's register date to trigger the badge? I know several sites that use "anniversaries" and "birthdays" to decrease user loss.

No rush - just curious!
Thanks in advance!
Mike
Hello Mike,

I can't give you an exact code for this because this is not covered in our support policy but I could only help you with some ideas.

1. Create a new badge rule. (Refer to the existing rules on how to create one in /administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults). The file names are .badge or you can refer to our docs here, http://docs.stackideas.com/developers/achievements/achievements

2. You need to ride on some hooks or write a system plugin that would check for the user's anniversary.
