I'm having an issue with EasyBlog from the FrontEnd creating a post. I am getting the screen (attached) when I click on the Pencil to create a post. It appears it could be conflicting with the Supra RT Theme?

The site is used for our team website on our internal network so unfortunately I am unable to get you access since its behind firewalls and the only way I can reach it is via VPN.

Anything you can suggest I would be happy to try. Thanks
Hi Dennis,

May I know what device, browser and resolution you are using to view the composer page so I can apply the same conditions locally to test this?

It would also be best if you can create a duplicate test site for us to investigate. Otherwise, there really isn't much that we can do.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.12.6 and have tried with Safari and Chrome Browsers with the same results.

I thought it could be related to Rocket Theme Supra Template so I removed the template, Gantry, RokBok, anything RocketTheme and just using the basic prostar template. Also tried theme3311 from template monster and the other default template Beez3 with the same results.

Joomla version, 3.7.5

Resolution says Default for Display on my MacBook Air. Same goes for the External Dell Monitor I also tried on.

I did an export of everything enabled that might shine a light on a conflict. (renamed csv to txt so I could upload)

Not sure if there would be error logs somewhere or not

Hey Dennis,

Hm, we can't really tell what exactly the problem is without accessing the site. Could you try loading up the web developer tool using Firefox and see if there are any errors being generated on the console tab?

Not sure if this helps but I uninstalled a bunch of stuff so it really helps narrow down applications that could be causing a conflict

I don't see the edit screen unless I go to a resolution of 1900 x 1057 as shown in the attachment.

I'll try and look for any errors in Developer / Chrome

Good News, I figured it out.

I was using a notification bar to inform anyone coming to the site of URGENT or IMPORTANT messages. Very handy but it was what the issue was. I tried to just disable it but still had the issue and took a chance and uninstalled the plugin and now its working fine.

In case someone else has the issue, look to see if you have this plugin.

Name: System - Notification Message Bar
Type: Plugin
Version: 1.5
Author: Ahsan Ahmed Shovon for Joomlakave

Now I have to find something else that will work.
