Creating a form within the Contact Us article

Hi, can someone please help me or guide me in the right direction to create a simple form within an article?

I can create the html form but i need the extra ability to make it send that form to an email when someone submits it.

Or is there a better way?

I would've through it would be a simple thing with joomla to create a form within a page or article.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Muhammad, yes you are right. Or a form within a page if that makes it any easier.

I wish there was a simpler way with such an advanced joomla platform. Need something as simple as the attached photo.

Could you please guide me to the right content to help me get this done?

You can't really create a contact form from within EasySocial though.

Hi Mark, I am just getting back to finalise the site.

So, if i create a contact form within Joomla, can i add it to the Contact Us page on my site or will i have to replace that link?

I'm sorry, I'm not quite get what you mean. If you've create contact us page, you basically can paste the page link in articles

Hi Muhammad,

So on the bottom of my page I got a link to a page called Contact Us. I would pretty much like the contact form fields to appear on that page once i do them.

I have been through one article on how to do it and it has multiple links like the contact details of the person you are contacting etc. See attached.

I've change the 'contact us' menu to use 'single contact' in order to make the form appear when accessing the page : https://www.screencast.com/t/1XWC5tit
Can you fill the email field and see how it goes?

I only got 2 small questions about this.
1. Please see screenshot about what text I can change or delete.
2. please see the email I get from filling in the form. it does not show the subject i put in, nor the name.

-> Regarding the deletion of 'contact form' and subject in the email, perhaps can you create a ticket on Joomla forum I believe they have a better solution on this
