Fastest and easiest way to have them on both systems: Create the new user from within EasyBlog, it will be created in your main Joomla installation, too

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Actually Easyblog user will automatically associated with Joomla user, If you create a new user in Joomla, it will not display on the Backend Easyblog author listing page is because this user haven't create any blog post on the site yet.

If the system detected this user create blog post before, it will automatically appear on that listing page.

If you would like to show immediately that new user on the Backend Easyblog author listing page , you can try guitarman suggested that method.
